The Little Gym is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and responsible Program Director to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with children, enjoys being part of a fun, energetic team, and has relevant experience or a background in child development, childcare, physical education, gymnastics, dance, performance, or a related field.

What You’ll Do
As our Program Director, you’ll play a key role in creating an amazing experience for our children, families, and team.
Teach fun, engaging children's classes using our proven curriculum and teaching methods—we’ll train you!
Create a fun, safe, and positive environment where children can learn, grow, and build confidence.
Provide exceptional customer service and make every family feel welcome.
Oversee our programs and ensure they consistently meet the high standards of The Little Gym.
Train, coach, and evaluate team members.
Lead by example and help create a positive, energetic team culture.
Build strong relationships with children and their parents.
Jump in, get involved, and help wherever needed to keep the gym running smoothly.

Requirements
Relevant experience or a background in child development, childcare, physical education, gymnastics, dance, performance, or a related field
Experience working with children
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
Ability to work in an active environment
Leadership or teaching experience is a plus!
