Job description
iHeartMedia Markets in Sacramento is seeking an experienced Program Director for KFBK. You will lead all aspects of the station's on-air experience, manage talent, content, programming and online presence, while ensuring FCC compliance and brand integrity.
You will recruit and coach on-air talent, collaborate with production, strategize with market leadership to drive audience growth, ratings, and revenue, and represent the station at community events and partnerships.
