Job description
Behavioral Health Group - BHG is seeking a Program Director to supervise daily operations of an opiate treatment center, ensuring excellence in operations, staffing, training, compliance, and patient service. This role includes team supervision, scheduling, service delivery oversight, patient progress evaluation, policy implementation, and regulatory adherence.
The position offers a 5am - 1:30pm schedule, Monday to Friday, plus on-call responsibilities, with a pay range of $90,000 - $100,000
