Job description
The New Jewish Home Career Center’s SkillSpring program seeks a dynamic, mission-driven Program Director to lead the implementation of the CRED NYC program across multiple sites in Manhattan and the Bronx. The role oversees daily operations and a multidisciplinary team while aligning with trauma-informed, equity-centered workforce development.
