Job description
Program Director – Turning Point with People's Place
This is a full‑time, exempt position based in Milford, DE.
Turning Point provides therapy and advocacy services for survivors of domestic violence and children affected by domestic violence. Services also include a state‑certified treatment program for offenders of domestic violence and prevention programming in public schools.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or psychology
Licensed in Delaware
Experience working in domestic violence settings
At least two years of supervisory experience in a trauma‑informed program
Responsibilities:
Hire and supervise staff and ensure quality services
Apply administrative, communication, and leadership skills
Maintain database and related records
Participate in statewide committees and travel as required
