Job description
Hearts & Hammers in Roseville, Minnesota, is seeking a Program Director to lead the planning and execution of volunteer-driven home repair Program Days. This role involves ensuring that homeowners, volunteers, sponsors, and community partners receive exceptional support throughout the process.
The ideal candidate will manage logistics, supervise staff, and build relationships to support Seniors, Disabled Individuals, and Veterans in their homes. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required along with strong project management and organizational skills.
