Job description
Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Lead Therapist. We will consider a PT/PTA, OT or COTA for the Lead therapist role, with responsibility to oversee rehabilitation services across accounts and coordinate with leadership.
Responsibilities include supervising therapy staff, direct patient care, ensuring compliance with plans of care, coordinating referrals, and promoting Powerback Rehabilitation services while maintaining strong customer relations and budget alignment.
