Job description
Program Management Consultant - Web & UI/UX (Pharma/Healthcare Preferred)
Location: Redwood City, CA
Key Responsibilities
Program Management & Delivery Lead and manage web-based initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, risk registers, and reporting dashboards.
Coordinate across cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, compliance, and external vendors.
Web Development & Technical Oversight Act as a bridge between development teams and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical deliverables.
Provide guidance on web platforms, frameworks, and integration best practices.
Review deliverables for quality, scalability, and compliance with standards.
UI/UX Enablement Apply user-centered design methods to enhance digital experiences.
Ensure design deliverables align with usability, accessibility, and compliance standards.
Partner with designers and developers to validate prototypes, conduct usability testing, and refine user journeys.
Ongoing Support & Client Engagement Serve as the primary contact for support requests , triaging and coordinating resolution with the appropriate teams.
Monitor and respond to issues, escalations, and enhancements in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by ensuring transparency, accountability, and consistent follow-up.
Pharma/Healthcare Alignment (Preferred) Support compliance with industry regulations (e.g., FDA, HIPAA, promotional review).
Leverage knowledge of pharma and healthcare-specific content workflows, digital experiences, and approval processes.
Qualifications 5+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in consulting or client-facing roles.
Demonstrated experience leading web development and digital experience projects.
Familiarity with UI/UX methodologies (wireframing, prototyping, usability testing).
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
Pharma and/or healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
PMP, Agile, or related certifications are a plus.
