Represent HMMH in the professional community through presentations, publications, technical committees, and industry events.

Lead or participate as Principal-in-Charge, Project Manager, Technical Advisor, or Quality Manager on major projects and research programs.

Oversee project scopes, budgets, schedules, and staff resources, ensuring high-quality, on-time deliverables.

Coordinate across HMMH groups to balance staffing, workload, and cross-training needs.

Identify and mitigate risks affecting project or program success.

Supervise subconsultant performance and contract compliance.

Ensure compliance with HMMH’s quality management program and provide technical review of deliverables.

Mentor, coach, and support staff development, including recruiting, onboarding, performance feedback, and career growth.

Provide subject matter expertise in aviation noise, environmental, or sustainability programs.

Support financial management of the group, including P&L accountability.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum of 12 years of experience in environmental consulting, with substantial experience in aviation.

Proven ability to win work and maintain long-term client relationships.

Demonstrated leadership in managing complex technical projects and programs.

Recognized expertise in aviation noise, environmental, or sustainability issues.

Strong skills in communication, negotiation, analysis, and problem-solving.

Experience mentoring and managing technical staff and project managers.

Knowledge of project management processes and tools; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
