Monitor attendance and share results with our client stakeholders or take appropriate action with students as necessary

Monitor weekly surveys, assessments, retrospectives, and other similar ceremonies as needed, and collect all data into manageable formats

Create cohort-specific tooling for each assigned delivery (generate meeting classroom links, set up Teams channels, ensure creation of a dedicated LMS instance with appropriate curriculum resources, support and inform infrastructural resources to ensure student success, etc)

Support Cohort Kickoff ceremonies at the start of each delivery; plan and facilitate other touchpoints and ceremonies (demo day, graduation, etc) with students aimed at building and maintaining an inclusive and successful community

Execute student-facing communications during student onboarding (before the start of a delivery), and serve as the primary point of contact for students throughout the delivery

Keep the classroom running smoothly throughout the delivery through effective communication with instructors and students; tracking student needs and infrastructure supporting their learning

Check in with instructors on prep activities to confirm instructional and curriculum preparation is on track

Serve as the point person for instructors and students on all issues and risks that present themselves during the course of a delivery. Triage accordingly, working with the Director of Client Solutions Manager to track and resolve all issues and risks

Participate in weekly internal coordination meetings between Operations, Academics, and other functions

Complete delivery closeout activities, including final reports, student offboarding from all cohort-tooling, and planning/leading capstone and graduation ceremonies at the end of each delivery.
