Job TitleResponsibilities:Customer focused (internal/external):Order status and projected past due reportingCommunicate with customers about program statusParticipate in customer surveys and auditsProvide timely information, deliverables, and execution per programSupport strategic objectives from managementEnsure support for rate readiness (includes varying levels of resource plans, capital expenditures, and operational requirements)Addition and maintenance of customer forecast through ERP and master forecast fileSupply Chain:Validate raw material supply and orderingAssist in the assessment of new suppliersPerform Customer Purchase Order review for acceptance (lead time, material issues)New Product Introduction:Support onboarding and handshakes of new products and programsDevise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvement in existing and new programsPerform other duties as assigned by supervisionQualifications:Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Supply Chain, Business) or 60 months of experience leading projects within the past eight years preferredRelevant experience preferred3 years of experience with project/program management in a manufacturing environment strongly preferredPrevious ERP/MRP experience requiredExcellent verbal, written and listening skills and can provide written and verbal instructions and present information clearly requiredDemonstrated experience exhibiting professionalism when communicating with management & leadership team and customersDemonstrated experience understanding and working with basic mathematical concepts requiredDemonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint requiredDemonstrated experience adapting to a changing work environment, competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events requiredDemonstrated experience working independently and within a team environment requiredDemonstrated experience capturing and assimilating information quickly requiredDemonstrated experience exhibiting a high level of attention to detail requiredDemonstrated experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusionsDemonstrated experience being discreet and holding sensitive information confidential requiredSkills:A fully qualified Program Manager will have the following skills:Advanced computer skills (MSOffice, Onboarding, Syteline)Blueprint reading – dimensioning and tolerancingGeometric Dimensioning and TolerancingUltra C-LeanAS9100OnboardingOrganizationTime ManagementProblem solvingRoot Cause AnalysisCritical thinkingWork Environment and Job Functions:The office is in a manufacturing facility. As such, while the primary environment will be an office setting, the position will require frequent visits to the production floor where exposure to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles will be present. The noise level in the working environment is usually moderate to loud. Proper safety precautions, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), must be followed as dictated by the job and working environment.Physical Requirements:Effective use of a computer keyboardEffective use of telephone and other applicable electronic communication equipment.View and read spreadsheets, and other written documents, as well as computer monitors.Must have ability to bend, twist and stretch arms above head and walk or stand for long periods of time.Must be able to reach in all directions, handle and manipulate objects and materialsMust be able to coordinate the movement of eyes, hands, and fingers to operate machines and equipmentMust have standard visual acuity (correctable by prescription glasses or contacts meets the requirement), including color recognitionMust be able to lift and carry a minimum of 10 lbs. to a maximum of 40 lbs.Must be able to hear with or without correctionThis job description is not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible job responsibilities, tasks, and duties.
