A Program Manager provides professional support, leadership, project management and consultation to projects and initiatives they lead. This position will work closely with a cross function project team to implement the projects, programs, and initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborates with various team and department members including the Executive Team to establish and fulfil process improvement projects and initiatives.

Collaborates with Management including the Executive Team to create and implement key programs and initiatives.

Leads and maintains process improvement workflows and project plans; ensures that stated objectives are fulfilled in a timely, high quality, and collaborative manner

Elicits ideas and prioritises the tasks within the project plan

Serves as liaison between the Department and the rest of the company

Facilitates a positive culture that supports corporate goals, promotes individual and team initiative, and fosters open communication through all levels of the organisation

Establishes and maintains effective channels of communication with company leadership, team members, and office leadership

Initiates feedback channels with stakeholders, and utilizes feedback received to drive operational efficiencies and improvements

During all phases of review(s), maintains a positive working relationship with business partners to ensure that work‑related encounters are productive

Maintains ongoing, proactive communication with upper‑level management and advocates in favour of identified goals and mission

Displays dedication to corporate objectives

Consistently models the organisation’s philosophy of customer service and compliance

Performs other duties as assigned/necessary

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Communication/Marketing, or related field

Highly able to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively both orally and in writing

Ability to organise, prioritise, and coordinate work, work independently, employ creativity in resolving problems, identify critical issues, exercise independent judgement, work under pressure

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Must be dynamic, intelligent, innovative, and passionate about the company’s mission and vision

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills required

Ability to create and implement project plans

Strong ability to identify and coordinate teams and groups that meet organisational needs

Ability to assess people, processes, and organisational structures

Ability to design, organise, and implement solutions

Exhibits company values in all decisions and activities

Excellent organisation, problem‑solving, decision‑making, presentation, and communications skills

Results‑oriented with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Proven customer service skills, sound independent judgement, initiative and solid organisational and time management skills required

Prior experience with business‑partnering and building trust with managers and employees

Basic computer proficiency required and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software programmes, internet usage, etc.

Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co‑workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language may be required
