Job description
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Programs 3 to lead Emerging Capabilities Development initiatives in Rolling Meadows, IL. The role oversees cross-functional teams, RF/EW program execution, and proposals to meet contractual needs.
You will drive scope, schedule, cost, and technical performance while interfacing with customers and partners to advance new opportunities. This on-site position requires a Secret clearance and US citizenship.
