Program Manager, Missile Defense Intelligence & Counterintelligence SupportOld Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and government contracting industry leader is looking for a Program Manager, Missile Defense Intelligence & Counterintelligence Support to support our client in Redstone Arsenal, AL.Responsibilities:Lead a multi-disciplinary, multi-site team of intelligence analysts, technical intelligence engineers, CI officers and analysts, cyber and digital forensics specialists, TSCM technicians, and SCIF and security specialists. The team supports four Intelligence Division locations and several additional MDA sites, including a 24/7 Intelligence Watch Center.Serves as the primary contractor point of contact and is the single point of accountability for all aspects of contract performance; responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and management of the entire contract support team across all disciplines and geographic locations defined in this PWS Primary point of contact for responding to all day-to-day tasks, issues, and planned or unplanned contract modificationsProvides comprehensive management of contract resources, schedules, and deliverablesEnsures full compliance with all PWS requirements and contract terms and conditions.Manages the timely submission of all contract deliverables (e.g., reports, plans, technical documents)Manages all contractor personnel, ensuring all positions are filled with qualified staff who meet or exceed the labor category requirementsLeads all recruiting, hiring, and retention efforts for the contract teamResolves all administrative and human resource issues for the contract workforceRequirements:20+ years managing complex, large programs or projects commensurate with a multi-site DoD intelligence, CI, and security support effortEducation: Master of Arts/Master of Science (MA/MS) in field relevant to leading a complex, large program/project in the intelligence spaceClearance: TS with SCI eligibilityDuty Location: Redstone Arsenal, ALVEVRAA Federal ContractorThree Saints Bay, LLC and its subsidiaries offer a team-oriented working environment and the opportunity to work with exceptional, dedicated industry professionals.
