MIKEL Inc. seeks a Program/Project Manager to lead the TSUB Combat System Contract Program Office—PMS 425—supporting Navy submarine needs.
The role covers program definition, organization, and direction of long-range plans, including milestones, schedules, and budgets, with guidance on technical approaches. The ideal candidate has 5+ years Navy PM experience, 2+ years Navy engineering support, active Secret clearance, and willingness to travel 1–3 times/year to DC/VA/RI.
