Role: Program Manager

Title: AVP/VP

Location: New York, NY

Mode of Work: 3 days/week onsite required

Required Experience: 8-15+

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to manage and deliver multiple technology projects and initiatives from planning through successful implementation. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technology stakeholders .

The candidate should also have strong knowledge of the Asset Management and/or Real Estate domain and be comfortable working in complex, cross-functionally environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee multiple projects and initiatives within a program.

Define program objectives, scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain detailed program plans and schedules.

Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology functions.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, priorities, and objectives.

Collaborate with technology teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.

Manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and changes.

Monitor program progress and ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Provide regular program status updates, dashboards, and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committee meetings, and program reviews.

Identify potential delivery risks and develop appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.

Manage priorities, resources, timelines, and dependencies across multiple projects.

Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.

Drive effective communication across business, technology, and cross-functional teams.

Support governance, planning, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.

Resolve escalated issues and facilitate timely decision-making.

Ensure adherence to organizational processes, delivery standards, and SDLC methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Technology Delivery .

Proven experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams .

Strong experience in end-to-end program delivery .

Excellent verbal and written communication skills .

Ability to communicate effectively with senior business stakeholders as well as technical teams .

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical objectives and communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.

Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies .

Good understanding of SDLC and software development processes .

Experience with risk, issue, dependency, change, and resource management .

Experience with program management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project , or similar platforms.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Strong presentation and executive communication capabilities.

Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Domain Knowledge

Strong knowledge of Asset Management and/or Real Estate is required.

Experience working on technology programs within the Asset Management, Real Estate, Investment Management, or Financial Services domain is highly desirable.

Understanding of business processes, operational workflows, and technology requirements within these domains is preferred.
