Job Summary:
SharkNinja, a global product design and technology company offering home care products and kitchen appliances, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee the New Product Development process for the Ninja Brand, ensuring successful product launches with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Own, facilitate, and manage cross-functional stakeholder interactions to bring products to market, including risk management and scheduling.
Collaborate with teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies that maximize sales.
Deliver all program elements from product ideation to end-of-life.
Use KPIs and data analytics to inform decision-making across teams.
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and track progress.
Address resource and knowledge gaps proactively.
Coordinate global information flow to local teams and support business needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in engineering or business.
5-7 years of experience in Product Development or Program Management.
Experience in engineering, marketing, or new product development, preferably in Consumer Goods.
Strong influencing and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with C-Suite, teams, suppliers, and customers.
Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
High energy, positive attitude, and detail orientation.
Ability to develop and deliver presentations to large groups, including executives.
