ACI is a Woman-Owned Small Business professional services provider of engineering and technical services to the United States Government. We seek an experienced Program Manager to serve as a part of the company’s Government Programs team by providing comprehensive IT service capability to support the U.S. Army Transportation Command's (ARTRANS) global C4ISR and distribution operations.

Duties and Responsibilities: As a Program Manager at ACI, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage project portfolios, and drive the successful execution of programs from initiation to closure. Your role involves aligning project activities with organizational goals, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the effective utilization of resources.

Communicate program performance and status to senior military and civilian stakeholders, including O-6 and GS-15 level leaders.

Lead the Transition-In effort through Initial Operational Capability (IOC) and Full Operational Capability (FOC), including execution of the required incumbent overlap period.

Author and submit Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) covering project status, new projects and milestones, problems and corrective actions, personnel status, required Government actions, travel, accumulated ODC/Travel CLIN costs, customer satisfaction metrics, and open trouble tickets.

Organize, direct, and coordinate, planning and implementation of all contract support activities.

Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, and ensure conformance to work standards.

Interpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organization for subordinates.

Manage logistics support analysis for military systems.

Identify, acquire, and utilize company resources to achieve project technical objectives.

Perform other duties as assigned.

A Program Manager who fits our team is:

Dynamic: contributes energy and enthusiasm to our daily tasks, to the team’s interactions, and to the Company’s mission.

Thorough: possesses an unparalleled work ethic; produces complete, even polished products; persistent; mission-focused; asks “Why?” as often as necessary to get to the root of the matter.

Mature: respects others’ opinions, beliefs, and culture; listens to ideas, shares thoughts, and works independently and together to contribute insights to the company’s leaders.

Forthright: speaks with conviction; argues based on understanding, respectfully.

Inquisitive: seeks deeper explanations of how systems work, not the surface-level description of the actors involved; goes beyond “stick-fetching” to connect the unconnected.

Timely: shows up, ready to think, prepared to get on with the day’s assignments; contributes analytical insights that meet time-sensitive, reasonable requests.

Honest: knows what’s right, what’s legal, what’s appropriate; acts accordingly.
