Base pay range
$85.00/yr - $95.00/yr
Typical Day in the Role
Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is Silicon program team. Create Silicon chips and IPs. Team is building modules and test chips right now. Sponsor needs someone to help manage these on the team.
Key projects: This role will contribute to working on the analog silicon chip
Hard Skills & Experience
5-8 years of work experience with Program Management in Silicon environments
4-5 years Understanding of Silicon Engineering
8+ Verbal and Written communication skills and Microsoft Office Skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm
Managing the coding efforts of all the silicon engineering
Managing task lists, reviews, organizing and scheduling meetings, interfacing the inputs from all the engineering teams so developers can put the test chips together
Candidate Requirements
Years of Experience Required: 8 overall years of experience in the field
Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor’s or Master’s in electrical engineering; degree preferred
Disqualifiers: Lack of explicit silicon program management experience is a disqualifier
Remote work: Candidates must meet onsite requirement; remote-only candidates will not be considered
Best vs. Average: Ideal resume would contain
Interface with analog silicon team on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery
Drive program/project schedules and status reports; create/review functional specifications used to guide implementation decisions
Provide Product Managers with technical/analytic information
Organize cross-functional activities to ensure on-schedule and within-budget delivery
Provide program/project schedules and status reports; focus on Analog silicon modules development; understanding of analog silicon functionality and terminology
Strong verbal and written communication skills
