Supports change management, stakeholder engagement, and communications planning efforts to drive adoption of program initiatives across the integrated VHA health care system, including coordination with VA Central Office, VISNs, and facility-level stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Degree required in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Program Management, or a closely related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting a large corporation or federal government agency, with demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs in a government or federal healthcare contracting environment. Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Position of Public Trust (MBI or higher) and comply with all VA IT security, privacy, and access requirements, including completion of required VA onboarding and training.
