Job description
Ripple is seeking a Program Manager for its Treasury division to guide the implementation of client solutions across the Americas. You will translate strategic objectives into structured delivery plans and manage cross-functional dependencies to ensure value delivery on time and within budget.
This role requires mentoring PMO staff and collaborating with Product, Engineering, Consulting, Sales, and Customer Success to align delivery with company priorities and client outcomes.
