Program Office AssistantWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Office Assistant to support our project management team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of our programs and gain valuable experience in a dynamic organizational environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and capable of managing multiple tasks with professionalism and accuracy.Key Responsibilities:Assist in coordinating project activities, meetings, and schedulesPrepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and relevant documentationMaintain and update project files, databases, and tracking systemsSupport the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondenceMonitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are metLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate communicationPerform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing suppliesSkills and Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in project management is a plusProven experience in administrative or office support rolesExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management toolsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsJoin our team and be part of a collaborative environment that values innovation, growth, and professional development.
