Job description
Serco is seeking an energetic Program Operations Lead to support the US Navy Frigate program (PMS 410) in the Washington, DC area. You will guide program operations, analytics, and reporting for lifecycle delivery of surface combatants.
You will develop dashboards, metrics, and data tools, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure timely execution of cost, schedule, and performance objectives while maintaining effective executive communications.
