Job description

Jefferson Health in Elkins Park, PA, seeks an experienced program operations leader to manage daily rehabilitation program operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive outcomes through data-driven reviews with interdisciplinary care.

You will lead programmatic meetings, coordinate hiring, partnerships, and community activities with the Program Director, upholding high-quality patient care across TJC, CARF, CMS standards.
