Program Specialist - Behavioral Health Systems for Future GenerationsThe Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities Division. This position is located in the Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities Division reporting to the Deputy Division Administrator. This position oversees initiatives related to the Behavioral Health Systems for Future Generations project, which seeks to expand intensive and community-based behavioral health care and developmental disabilities services across Montana. This position is responsible for the development and administration of grants for BHSFG related projects. Additionally this position will help to coordinate strategic initiatives with the Office of Strategy and Transformation. Knowledge of program development and quality improvement practices. Knowledge of federal and state laws related to grants and contracts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Meet minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in health science, health education, behavioral or social science, public administration, business, or a related field. Two years of job-related experience in program or grant management.
