Case Investigator / Project SpecialistInsight Global is seeking Case Investigator / Project Specialists to support the case investigating efforts for several transmittable diseases. We're looking for individuals with strong communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently through both backlog and new cases. This role is highly patient-facing, requiring comfort with phone-based interviews and accurate documentation.
