Job description
KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a Program Specialist to bring our curriculum to life in centers, lead classroom activities, and mentor teachers. You will work with parents to ensure exceptional care and education while supporting center performance and enrollment goals.
In this role, you will train staff, collaborate with center leadership, and help implement ongoing improvements to exceed program standards and ensure a positive learning environment for children and families.
