Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Position is under the general supervision of the Chief of Adult Behavioral Health and Revenue Development.
Maintains a stable therapeutic environment at Respite and oversees day-to-day program operations, staffing, scheduling, service deliver, documentation and safety.
Respite operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the Program Supervisor ensures appropriate program coverage.
Ensures compliance with applicable contractual requirements, program standards and CFLR policies.
Hires, trains and supervises assigned staff.
Reviews service documentation and program activities to support appropriate care and continuity of services.
Tracks client service data, utilization, revenues and expenditures and submits reports as needed.
Participates in budget development and monitoring.
Coordinates with CFLT departments and community agencies as needed.
Provides leadership, guidance and operational problem-solving for the Respite program.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals, interdisciplinary teams, and systems.
Proficient in accurately and objectively recording data and documentation.
Ability to follow established service implementation processes to meet the needs of individuals served and adhere to funding source requirements.
Skilled in emergency and crisis intervention techniques.
Proficient in the use of computers and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
