Program Support AssistantDuties include, but are not limited to:Serves as Program Assistant (Jackson/CBOC Outreach/Access Improvement Coordinator) for all mental health contracts and ensures adherence to the contract.Receives/forwards mental health and CBOC consults; coordinates telemental health patients' appointments; receives/forwards mental health and CBOC consults; coordinates telemental health patients' appointments.Responsible for resolving all mental health patient advocate concerns and resolve in PATSR.Responsible for educating staff on VERA dollar reimbursement and tracking patients that meet criteria for reimbursement.Responsible for the planning of workload distribution and the formulation and execution of annual budget requests.Serves as the health care consultant to mental health management in relation to the mental health clinics and the CBOCs.Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (Subject to change based on the needs of the Agency)Telework: This position may be authorized for telework.
