Mid-Level Program Support SpecialistA3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Program Support Specialist to join our team in Washington, DC.Essential Job Functions:Responsible for the effective administration of business operations for an office, department, or division.Support the planning and implementation of information, business, and management projects, programs, or services.Use discretion in organizing, analyzing, and reporting research results on a variety of subjects.Interface with internal/external customers and vendors to determine business or program support needs.May include billing/charge-back responsibilities.Serve as liaison between ASH representative and internal and external customers.Responsible for communicating promptly, professionally and managing expectations.Resolve client requests, questions, and provides analysis of situations.Participate in quality improvement activities. Records and analyzes trends.Develop reports as requested.Coordinate referrals to technical, professional, or service personnel for appropriate services, repairs, training, and follow-up.May perform property delegate functions to assist manager of accountable property to support ASH property custodians.Assist in maintaining documentation.Assure that acceptable administrative services are provided to the client within budget, on schedule and with a minimum of disruption.Carrie out recurring office procedures independently.Review outgoing materials and correspondence for internal consistency and conformance with office procedures; assures that proper clearances have been obtained.Compose correspondence requiring some technical understanding.Education:AA/AS in related field and 5 years of relevant experience.Additionally, US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is a must. Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Government clearance. Verification of past employment, education and references is also required. It is imperative that candidates be either a US citizen or a current green card holder with the last 3 consecutive years as a resident of the US.The salary range for positions is $50,000 to $175,000. This range is provided as a general guideline and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of compensation. Actual salary offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
