Job description

Carle Health is seeking a detail-oriented Program Technician to support clinical and administrative programs that enhance patient care. In this role, you will collect and enter patient and program data, prepare reports, track outcomes, and assist with scheduling and coordination of program activities. You will collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to ensure accurate records, timely follow-up, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
