Job description
HealthONE is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Progressive Care Unit in Denver. This role provides clinical leadership at the bedside, coordinating patient care for high-acuity medical-surgical and step-down patients. The Coordinator oversees daily assignments, mentors nursing staff, supports evidence-based practice, and ensures adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, monitoring patient progress, assisting in complex procedures, managing admissions and discharges, educating patients and families, and supporting unit process improvement initiatives.
