Job description
Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Progressive Care Unit at Aurora Medical Center – Grafton in Wisconsin. The 16-bed unit cares for CTS patients, stroke, and other high-acuity cases, offering learning opportunities for new grads and experienced nurses.
You'll deliver comprehensive nursing care, coordinate with the care team, follow evidence-based practices, and maintain patient safety to ensure the best patient experience across the continuum.
