Job description
Mercy Health in Ohio is seeking a Progressive Care (Step down) Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional nursing care. The role involves assessing patient status, serving as a liaison between Med-Surg and ICU, prioritizing patient needs, and developing care plans to improve outcomes.
You will collaborate with the care team, coordinate patient care across departments, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure safety. Must hold an active RN license in Ohio.
