Job description
Northern Arizona Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to ensure the coordination of care for patients and their families. This role includes direct patient care, education, and discharge planning, with a focus on high-quality, patient-centered experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team. A valid Arizona RN License and certifications in BLS and ACLS are mandatory for consideration.
