Job description
Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center in Mechanicsville, VA seeks a Progressive Care (Step down) RN to deliver compassionate nursing care, collaborate with the care team, and manage patient plans.
You will assess, monitor, and document patient status, administer medications safely, and support transitions between Med-Surg and ICU with a focus on safety and outcomes.
Requires 1 year RN experience; BSN preferred; current RN license and BLS/ACLS; competitive pay and benefits.
