Bon Secours Mercy Health is hiring a Progressive Care (Step down) RN at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown, OH.
The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care in a step-down unit, bridging Med-Surg and ICU, while leading patient care plans and ensuring a safe environment. The ideal candidate has 1 year of RN experience (6 months in acute care preferred), holds a current RN license, and may have BLS/ACLS certification.
