This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys owning the accounting side of development projects while partnering closely with project managers, contractors, vendors, and third-party accounting teams.
What we’re looking for:
3–5 years of project accounting experience
Experience with AIA billing
Working knowledge of Yardi
Strong understanding of AP/AR, general ledger, job costs, and project financial reporting
Experience xxzpjkt with contracts, change orders, commitments, and lien releases
Strong Excel skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
Bachelor’s degree
