About the Role
nWe are seeking a Project Accountant to support our engineering and consulting teams by serving as the liaison between Accounting and Project Managers. This role is responsible for project financial support and accounts receivable, helping ensure projects stay on track financially from start to finish.
nKey Responsibilities
nnnPartner with Project Managers on budgeting, tracking, financial performance, and establishing billing schedules.

nnPrepare and process client invoices
n
nnManage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
n
nnMonitor project financials, identify variances, and support forecasting
n
nnAssist with monthly close and project reporting
n
n nQualifications
nnnBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
n
nn2–5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a project-based environment
n
nnStrong Excel and accounting software skills
n
nnFamiliarity with project-based accounting systems (e.g., Deltek, Ajera, or similar) a plus
n
nnExcellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
