Monitor project financial performance by tracking labor costs, subcontractor expenditures, general conditions costs, and overall project spending.

Analyze budget activity and partner with Project Managers to identify variances, cost trends, and potential budget concerns.

Assist with Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporting by providing insight into project profitability, billing status, and over/under billings.

Generate and submit customer invoices in accordance with contractual billing requirements and project milestones.

Review and approve subcontractor pay applications through GC Pay, ensuring proper cost allocation, coding accuracy, and data integrity.

Participate in monthly and annual financial close processes, including account reconciliations and project reporting activities.

Maintain organized and accurate project financial records, including lien waivers, contract documentation, and supporting project files.

Coordinate with subcontractors and project teams to resolve billing issues, documentation discrepancies, and payment-related inquiries.
