Project Accountant
Keenesburg, CO | 4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote
$75,000–$85,000 + Bonus Potential

What You'll Do as a Project Accountant
Manage billing and financial administration for multiple active projects
Review customer contracts and identify project-specific billing requirements
Set up new projects and billing structures within the ERP system
Prepare and process project invoices accurately and on schedule
Track contracts, change orders, billing activity, and project financial information
Partner with project managers to resolve billing discrepancies
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding customer balances
Assist with job costing and project financial reporting
Maintain accurate project documentation and system data
What We're Looking For in a Project Accountant
3+ years of experience in project billing, construction billing, project accounting, accounts receivable, or a similar role
Experience working with contracts, change orders, or project-based billing
Strong Excel skills and comfort working within an ERP or accounting system
Understanding of job costing or project accounting concepts
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Comfortable communicating with project managers and operations teams
Spectrum experience is a plus, but not required
