Corporate Operations Support
Dynamic architectural and engineering firm in downtown Minneapolis seeks a highly motivated, professional, and dependable person to provide support for our corporate operations, project managers, and project staff. This position is ideal for someone looking for an entry-level opportunity to further explore and develop their skills within a corporate business environment since it will flex between a broad range of operations, accounting, finance, and business.
Responsibilities Include:
Implement projects that improve operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the company's goals.
Support day-to-day operations/logistics of our multiple offices.
Coordinate projects to support the operations of our multiple offices.
Help maintain and develop office systems and procedures, and communicate these to the company.
Problem solve by analyzing information; identifying and communicating potential solutions.
Plan and coordinate company meetings and events.
Be a resource for staff and Project Managers and for communication of corporate information to all staff.
Candidates must be team players, possess a positive attitude and be well organized. Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team and coordinate multiple projects are extremely important qualities.

Skills/Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
1-3 years experience preferred, but not required.
