nWhat You'll Do

nnnManage project accounting activities across multiple active construction projects

n

nnProcess high-volume Accounts Payable and support Accounts Receivable functions

n

nnPrepare and support progress billings, retention tracking, and project reporting

n

nnReview subcontractor documentation, lien releases, and contract compliance requirements

n

nnPerform job costing analysis and reconcile project financial data

n

nnProcess weekly union payroll and certified payroll reporting

n

nnSupport month-end close activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations

n

nnPartner with Project Managers to monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance

n

nnAssist with audits and financial reporting requirements

n

nnUtilize JD Edwards, Textura, Procore, and Excel to manage project financials

n

n nWhat We're Looking ForRequired

nnn3+ years of construction accounting or project accounting experience

n

nnExperience with public works projects

n

nnStrong Accounts Payable and project billing experience

n

nnKnowledge of job costing, lien releases, retention, and progress billings

n

nnAdvanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs

n

nnAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

n

n nPreferred

nnnJD Edwards experience

n

nnTextura or Procore experience

n

nnCertified payroll and union payroll experience

n

nnExperience working with contractors and subcontractors

n

nnBachelor's degree in Accounting (or equivalent experience)

n

n nIdeal Backgrounds

nPay and Benefits

nThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $40.50/hr.

nIndividual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
