Overview
nKimley-Horn is looking for a Project Accountant to join our West Palm Beach, Florida (FL) office! This is not a remote position.
nResponsibilities
nnnMonthly financial analysis and on-going revenue recognition
n
nnWork with Project Managers in a variety of disciplines
n
nnMeeting multiple critical deadlines on a monthly basis
n
nnEnsure all billing transactions are completed and accurately recorded in MIS system
n
nnPrepare invoices and complete monthly billing
n
nnContract management and review
n
nnCoordinate and pursue receivables
n
nnMonthly travel to other offices within the region
n
n nQualifications
nnn2+ years of accounting experience
n
nnBilingual (Spanish) Preferred
n
nnBachelors or Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree
n
nnSolid understanding of accounting fundamentals
n
nnHigh degree of professionalism and strong people skills
n
nnMust be an excellent team player
n
nnStrong knowledge of Excel and Word required
n
nnExperience using computerized accounting systems
n
