Help Desk AdministratorOne of the fastest-growing Electronic Security providers continues to expand in the New Jersey market and has a new opening for a Help Desk Administrator in their Hackensack Headquarters. This role will serve as a crucial operational, admin and coordination position to match the growing customer base and project execution!Customer liaison and POC for intake calls and service requestsFirst touch-point for technical questions and inquiriesProjects involve Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Alarm, Security and Low Voltage systemsSchedule service appointments, technician assignments and project documentationMaintain tickets, reporting and operational workflowsTechnical training and system knowledge to be providedFull-time, on-site position in HackensackPermanent role with Medical, Dental, Vision benefits + 401k planReach out to learn more about this role, or others in the Low Voltage industry!
