Be the Backbone of Project Success as s Project Administrator
Location: Salem, OR | Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm | Payrate: $30/hour

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with an industry leader in automation and safety solutions to hire a driven and detail-oriented Project Administrator . In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring projects launch smoothly and stay on track—serving as a key liaison between customers and internal teams. Your ability to communicate clearly, manage information accurately, and support project logistics will directly impact customer satisfaction and overall project success.
What You'll Do
Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and administrative activities for smaller hospitality projects.
Work directly with external customers to coordinate project needs and deliverables.
Provide administrative and functional support to project teams and multiple team members.
Assist the Sales team with customer financial follow-ups, reconciliations, and related reporting.
Track project progress, meet performance metrics, and communicate updates to management.
Review technical data sheets and material specifications to support project requirements.
Manage multiple priorities, special projects, and evolving tasks while ensuring deadlines are met.
Use tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Salesforce, and Oracle to support daily operations.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience.
Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and project coordination skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and customer service skills.
Strong follow-through, reconciliation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows, Office 365, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce and Oracle.
Ability to interpret technical data sheets and material specifications.
Good technical and mechanical aptitude.
Experience coordinating projects, supporting sales teams, and managing customer financial follow-ups.

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
