Project Architect / Commercial Architect

Our client is seeking a collaborative Project Architect who thrives in a design-driven environment and enjoys guiding projects from concept through construction while working alongside a highly respected team of architects and designers. Compensation: $70,000– $110,000 annually DOE
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead projects through schematic design, construction documents, and administration
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal design teams
Manage multiple commercial and residential projects simultaneously
Produce technical drawings and construction documentation
Oversee detailing, specifications, and project quality
Support project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Collaborate with architects, designers, and firm leadership
What You’ll Need to be Considered
Be able to do the job as described.
Degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program
3-5 years of Commercial architecture project experience
Strong technical detailing and construction documentation skills
Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure preferred
Experience with Vectorworks, SketchUp, or transferable CAD platforms
Willingness to relocate to Fairhope, Alabama if you not from the area
