Project AssistantWe are looking for a Project Assistant to support a contract event role in California. This position will help create a high-quality guest experience at an upscale food and beverage event by assisting with entry operations and attendee interaction. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented in presentation, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with guests.Responsibilities:Welcome attendees warmly and provide clear direction as they arrive at the event venue.Verify admission by scanning tickets accurately and helping maintain an efficient check-in flow.Assist with on-site event coordination to support a smooth and organized guest experience.Communicate clearly with guests, staff, and event leads throughout the shift.Follow event attire and presentation standards to reflect the upscale nature of the occasion.Use basic office and event tools as needed to support scheduling, coordination, and operational tasks.
