Job description
Project AssistantThis position supports engineering projects by collaborating/assisting the Project Manager and engineering team in providing administrative project information as requested. Duties can include:Project Number set-up in PPS (practical project steering)Update budget information in PPSManage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) listAssist in preparation of client proposalsCreate project specific spreadsheetsCreate task list from meetings for distribution to the project team for the project managerCompile business reportsRecommend and maintain appropriate communication and protocol for questions related to the projectProduce and maintain RFI logs (request for information)Initiate project related letters when requestedAssist in writing project reports with inserted photographsUpdating engineering specifications and changes.Collect and distribute client bills and invoices.General administrative duties as assignedQualifications1. High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred2. 1-3 years previous administrative experience preferred. Applicable experience may be substituted for degree requirements.3. Excel testing required4. Candidates should possess problem-solving and analysis skills and should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
