Project AssistantHigh school diploma or GED Fluent in Microsoft Office/Suite applications. ~2 years' related experience in a similar role. Drive and motivation to improve and grow themselves. Experience with gINT Geotechnical software and AutoCAD LT GIS Pro software preferred Associate or bachelor's degree in related field preferred. Related experience from a Geotechnical or environmental company.Summary: The Project Assistant supports project and program teams by ensuring efficient project delivery, document control, and administrative processes. This role works closely with project managers to track schedules, budgets, contracts, proposals, and client deliverables while maintaining accurate project data in internal systems. The coordinator/assistant supports proposal development, change orders, reporting, and client communications to help drive a positive client experience. Additionally, they monitor project milestones, support operational teams, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Success in this position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and projects.Day to Day: Track project schedules, budgets, contracts, deliverables, and project status updates. Assist with reports and deliverables for project setup activities. Communicate with project teams and clients regarding project progress, milestones, and deliverable schedules. Provide document control, administrative support, and quality assurance for project documentation and processes. Early on, Data Entry and learning consulting options.
